Privacy policy

Veldora AI (“Veldora”, “we”, “us”) is a multi-tenant SaaS platform that helps businesses build AI chatbots grounded in their own website content. This policy explains what we do with the data customers and their end users provide.

Customer account data: name, email, billing details, and authentication metadata.

Ingested website content: the pages and metadata you ask Veldora to crawl from sites you own or are authorized to crawl.

Conversation data: messages exchanged between end users and your AI chatbot, along with retrieval citations and latency metadata.

Telemetry: minimal product usage analytics (page views, feature usage) used to improve the dashboard. We do not sell telemetry.

We use customer data to operate the service: ingest content, generate embeddings, serve chat responses, render analytics, and process payments. We may use anonymised, aggregated data to improve the platform.

We do not train shared foundation models on your private content.

Veldora uses a small set of vetted sub-processors (cloud hosting, embedding providers, billing). A current list is available on request.

Customer data is isolated per-tenant. Data is encrypted in transit (TLS) and at rest. Access to production is limited to a small group of engineers and audited.

You can access, export, and delete your data at any time from the dashboard, or by writing to [email protected]. We respond to verified requests within 30 days.
